Dalinda Group

The DALINDA GROUP is a real estate, media, entertainment, and communications company, which has been principally engaged in real estate advisory services and film, TV, and music production through two separate divisions since 1953 and 1995 respectively.

The DALINDA GROUP had been founded as a residential design and construction company in 1953 by Kleopas Dalinda and Paul Dalinda, two brothers, who had been professional architects and engineers. Through masterful workmanship and meticulous attention to every detail of design and construction, the Dalinda Group had built many magnificent residential homes in the Toronto West area from the 1950's through to the 1990's. The visually arresting designs of the Dalinda Group had added a fresh unique look to the Toronto West landscape.

From the 1980's to the 2000's, Daiva Dalinda, the daughter of Paul Dalinda, had renovated homes in Toronto, refreshing old homes to give them modern appeal. These homes can be found on the following Toronto streets.

In 1952, Kleopas Dalinda had been one of the twenty-one founding members of PARAMA Credit Union. Parama had been founded to help new Canadians, who had immigrated to Canada after the Second World War, to buy homes, to set up businesses, and to start their new lives in Canada after having been turned down by the big banks. ("Parama" means "support" in Lithuanian.) Valentina Dalinda, the matriarch of the Dalinda family, had worked at Parama as a service manager until her retirement in the mid 1990's. Today, with assets surpassing $500-million and over 6,000 members, Parama operates two locations in Toronto, Canada.

Today, the real estate division of the Dalinda Group has evolved from a residential design and construction company focusing on its' own projects to a company that provides real estate, design, construction, and marketing advisory services for builders and property developers. The Dalinda Group has an acute appreciation for the specific needs of builders, including costs, zoning bylaws, and building codes. The Dalinda Group provides expert solutions that help builders achieve their goals and maximize the selling price of their properties.

The Dalinda Group also writes and produces marketing brochures for builders and property developers. In fact, the Dalinda Group has written and produced many marketing brochures for established builders and property developers, including having written and produced brochures for Palace Place, Toronto's most luxurious waterfront condominium residence.

The Dalinda Group provides residential and commercial real estate brokerage services through Daiva Dalinda, Broker, and Luke Dalinda, Realtor, of Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd., Brokerage.

Daiva and Luke Dalinda had launched the Dalinda Team in 2005, which is a marketing platform that provides specialized residential real estate services for buyers and sellers in Toronto West and Humber Bay Shores, which are provided by Daiva Dalinda, Broker, and Luke Dalinda, Realtor, of Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd., Brokerage, for contracted clients.

The Dalinda Team has been repeatedly recognized as a Top 1% in Canada team at Royal LePage, Canada's largest real estate brokerage with over 20,000 agents.

In 2003, Luke Dalinda had played an instrumental role in the launch of Toronto 1 TV, a $35-million service, by having represented Craig Media in securing the site for Toronto 1 at 25 Ontario Street, 30,341 square feet, and by having provided other helpful services.



Luke Dalinda had also created the Media, Entertainment, and Communications real estate services group in 2004, which is a practice group that provides specialized commercial real estate services for the media, entertainment, and communications industries across North America.

Luke Dalinda has been the #1 top selling Realtor at Palace Place since 1997. Luke Dalinda had been the first #1 top realtor at Palace Place since it had achieved its independence from Citibank in 1997, as per TREB data.

In 2012, Luke Dalinda had been elected to the Palace Place Board by having received the highest number of votes in Palace Place history (210 votes from 294 represented units). Luke had served for 3-years and 4-terms as Vice President of Palace Place. In 2016, as part of a three-member team, Luke Dalinda had been elected to the Palace Place Board by having proposed a comprehensive plan for the management of Palace Place called, Palace Place 2020. At this time, Luke Dalinda had been unanimously elected as President. Luke Dalinda had achieved over 96% of the vote in his 2018 re-election. Luke Dalinda had achieved 98.8% of the vote in his 2021 re-election. Luke Dalinda has served as President of Palace Place since 2016.

In 2023, Luke Dalinda had been recognized for his exceptional leadership of Palace Place for over a decade by Crossbridge Condominium Services Ltd., the largest property management company in Canada, which manages over 400 condominium residences.

In 1995, extending the Dalinda brand even further, Luke Dalinda, the grandson of Paul Dalinda, had created the Media, Entertainment, and Communications division of the Dalinda Group, which is a creator, writer, and producer of filmed entertainment, television series and specials, and music projects. The Dalinda Group has regularly received some of the highest honors in the industry for its' outstanding achievements in Film, TV, and Music.

The Dalinda Group has worked, and continues to work, with some of the biggest names in the Real Estate, Media, Entertainment, and Communications sectors. Since 1953, the Dalinda Group has achieved excellence through innovation and has delivered results that have always exceeded expectations.
