Elevator bookings are coordinated initially by our Head Office Move-in coordinator. To book the elevator please take note of the following: It is necessary to reserve the moving elevator by emailing Building Management (9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), Monday to Friday. 
 
• Elevator moving reservations will only be accepted by phone. In order to secure your elevator reservation, you are required to complete the enclosed fillable  “Resident Information Form” and submit it to Building Management.
• All paperwork must be completed before you move in and all move-in dates may only occur 24 hours after interim closing (your possession date). 
• Reservations will be made on a first-come-first-serve basis, so you may wish to call at your earliest convenience.
• Please note that you cannot be given access to your suite until all necessary paperwork is received by the Declarant’s solicitor and the Interim Closing is complete.  
• Owners leasing their units, once given written approval to do so by the Declarant, are reminded that Tenants must reserve the move-in elevator as well. Tenants showing up with no reservation will be turned away. Owners are also required to send management the completed Owner Registration form, a copy of the Rental Lease Agreement, in order for your tenant to be able to secure their move-in time.
